The Philadelphia Stars played baseball in both the Negro National League and Negro American League from 1933 to 1952. During their powerhouse years in the 1930s, the Stars were able to win the 1934 Pennant behind pitching from Slim Jones. Other legends of the game would pass through Philly such as Satchel Paige, Biz Mackey, and Turkey Stearnes. Stars fans, Pennsylvania natives and baseball historians will love this shirt representing a part of baseball and American history. Celebrate Philadelphia baseball heritage and show off your fandom with this retro, vintage styled shirt.
